For several years I went through challenging times and i also became driven to discover the things were happening in my experience.
This became among my life’s greatest challenges. I had been so stuck in the victim mindset of why me, that we almost missed out on Life lessons and tests which were being presented before me. Little did I know, that we was at preparation in my advancement. During those times it felt like I had been residing in hell. The perception I had created of my experience then was not great, I had been focused within the negative, full of fear and seeking for someone or something to blame and take responsibility.
Eventually I discovered that we was not the only one under-going challenging times, there where many others under-going tough experiences too. Despite the fact that their experiences were a lttle bit dissimilar to mine, these were still being challenged on the core, which means this provided comfort knowing that the challenging journey was not just for me. For that reason understanding I began to offer myself permission to come out of the victim mindset which had me in the mental prison for countless years. The truth is people have to undergo some challenging times at different periods of our own lives and nobody really knows why we have to have these experiences. This then causes us to ask ourselves what we should are able to do about this? Many people get stuck here, for that reason question. You tell yourself you don’t follow simple proven steps which basically is a recipe for mental bondage that results in the victim mindset.
Everything you decide on here will define the trail that you’re going to follow. Lets take a good example. Have you felt as you were a victim associated with a circumstance? Here are some that mindset is a spiralling into negative emotions you will will feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you’re down within the dumps? This really is present with many of us, we have areas were we’re adamant it’s beyond our understanding, therefore it is easier for people to make the assumption it’s somebody’s fault, when you commence to think this way it can make you lose your power over what is happening. When investing in in this state of mind or belief it’s very hard to come out of it, you will want something far more powerful than that state of mind that you should be free.
At this point many are asleep, so they really must wake from other slumber. If you are wake something changes, you in turn become aware of the way you have already been playing small and have grown to be a victim. When you’re aware of this you open a door on your perception to switch. The journey of being positive starts here and this experience is exactly what I call a shift in a new thought process. This transitioning time of transformation is often slow but really worth the wait.
Everybody knows that transitioning can be quite a challenging time while working on releasing the existing so that the new can placed in. Many people find change very difficult to deal with as obviously we quite often fight any change, because we prefer to sit and dwell in the things that we’re familiar with that’s otherwise referred to as the rut. Inside the rut many of us we dwell there for days on end periods, what we should don’t realise is that change is going to happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it is usually ready to go with all the flow as an alternative to resisting and fighting. So that you can accept the alteration and be in flow by it you might want an optimistic understanding of the circumstances that you’re going through.
Probably the most challenging question that numerous people ask is how you can maintain positivity? Generally we’re creatures of habit we discover just changing something away from our usual pattern rather painful but it is consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience have a tendency to brings ideal results.
