For quite some time I experienced difficult times and that i became driven to find out that these particular things were happening in my experience.
This became certainly one of my life’s greatest challenges. I became so stuck in the victim mindset of why me, i almost missed out on Bitesized and tests which are being presented before me. The perception I had created of my experience then has not been great, I became more tightly focused from the negative, packed with fear and looking for an individual or something responsible and be responsible.

Even though their experiences were a little different to mine, they were still being challenged to the core, so this gave me comfort understanding that the hard journey has not been only for me. For this reason understanding I began to provide myself permission to come out of the victim mindset that have me in the mental prison for several years. The thing is that we all have to undergo some difficult times at different periods individuals lives and nobody really knows why we must have these experiences. This then causes us to make a list of that which you can perform about it? Many people find yourself in trouble here, because of this question. You know yourself that you don’t follow simple proven steps which basically can be a recipe for mental bondage that results in the victim mindset.
