SA-3 cylinder shape burrs are great for interior contour work and deburring. As a result of extreme hardness on this tungsten carbide, it can be used on much more demanding jobs than HSS (High-Speed Steel).
Double cut or Cross cut carbide burrs usually are suited for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, soft steel, as well as all non-metal materials including stone, plastics, hard wood, and ceramic. Double cut burrs will leave a somewhat smoother finish than single cut on account of producing smaller chips since they cut away the fabric. Use for medium stock removal, deburring, finishing, and cleaning. A double-cut carbide burr is regarded as the popular cut and may see you through most applications.

Safety Tips & Techniques:
Tool speed is determined from the material you use your burr on. If you happen to be experiencing chipping, you’re operating at too much of speed for that application. Start using a slower speed while increasing on the way before you attain the best results
Apply light pressure and permit the tool do the work. Bearing recorded on the tool will result in reduced tool life as well as a dull burr.
Always wear proper PPE to incorporate (and not tied to) safety glasses, hearing protection, respirator, and baseball gloves. Keep all guards set up in your machine.
Avoid experience electrical power drills; the slower speeds can result in chipping of your respective workpiece.
