Tajikistan’s official language is Tajik. Russian is still widely used in business and communication.

The majority of the people adhere to Sunni Islam, with the minority of them following Russian Orthodox, Catholicism, Buddhism and Judaism.

Food and drinks

This tour concentrates on meats and soups. The availability of vegetables can be difficult locate in remote areas or in higher elevations. But, there is a wide selection of dried nuts and dried fruits that you can enjoy.
