With a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, this year ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to create a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.
A specialist in creating sculptors away from metal scrap, each time a client approached Nishant to create one among Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. He believes his newborn little girl is an answer to his prayers to Ganpati/ Ganesha, he believed this came as an possibility to express the romance towards higher power.

Despite the short notice, a project that needs a commitment of nearly 60 – 70 days, he completed this magnificent piece inside a month. Tirelessly working day and night with his team, he says “Ganpati Bappa removes all obstacles.”
The thick sized, heavy automobile parts must be handpicked so they could fit in like a jigsaw puzzle. The most challenging and challenging part was the operation of hammering and bending the parts to get the desire shape of your body. Sourcing flat parts from various vendors added to the process of executing the work in the deadline, which however we been able to accomplish.
A 6 feet tall “The Lord Ganesha” sculpture, it’s made purely from various automobile scrap parts. These parts are almost 10 to 15 mm in thickness which are bent & welded together and meticulously shaped to restore a total metal sculpture. This Ganpati Idol has been created from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts simply to name just a few. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) is also produced from gears, nuts, bolts and also which has a piston block along with a wrought iron tail.
With all the 6 foot Ganpati created from automobile scrap for his client, the subsequent problem for Nishant is really a ten to eleven foot kinetic wind sculpture.
