SA-1 cylinder shape burrs are great for interior contour work and deburring. Safety Tips & Techniques:
Tool speed is decided from the material you use your burr on. If you’re experiencing chipping, you are most likely operating at excessive of speed to the application. Start with a slower speed and increase as you go along and soon you get the best results
Apply light pressure and permit the tool carry out the work. Bearing recorded on the tool will result in reduced tool life and a dull burr.
Always wear proper PPE to add (however, not limited to) safety glasses, hearing protection, respirator, and baseball gloves. Keep all guards available in your machine.
Avoid experience electricity drills; the slower speeds may result in chipping of your workpiece.
