SA-1 cylinder shape burrs are perfect for interior contour work and deburring. As a result of extreme hardness of this tungsten carbide, it can be used on considerably more demanding jobs than HSS (High-Speed Steel). Safety Tips & Techniques:
Tool speed is determined with the material you are using your burr on. If you happen to be experiencing chipping, you are most likely operating at way too high of speed for that application. Start which has a slower speed while increasing during this process and soon you achieve the ideal results
Apply light pressure and allow tool carry out the work. Bearing documented on the tool can result in reduced tool life along with a dull burr.
Always wear proper PPE to incorporate (but not tied to) safety glasses, hearing protection, respirator, and safety gloves. Keep all guards in place in your machine.
Avoid use on electricity drills; the slower speeds may result in chipping of your respective workpiece.
